Edward Grange and Andrew Smith comment in The Times on Carlos Ghosn

Partners Edward Grange and Andrew Smith have commented in The Times on the consequences ex-Nissan boss Carlos Ghosn might now face in Lebanon as well as the consequences Mr Ghosn might face should he wish to travel outside Lebanon.

Andrew Smith stated: “It’s an ambitious argument, but one rooted in a legal principle so old it has a Latin name, aut dedere aut judicare, which roughly translates as: ‘You are obliged to extradite or prosecute.'”
