David Corker has co-authored the fourth edition of ‘Abuse of Process in Criminal Proceedings’, published by Bloomsbury.

Abuse of Process in Criminal Proceedings is the essential practitioner’s guide to all areas of the law relating to abuse of process in criminal law – covering delay, breach of promise, non-disclosure, the destruction of evidence, entrapment, executive power, and extradition.

Having contributed to all previous editions of the guide, partner David Corker has co-authored the fourth edition together with David Young and Mark Summers QC.
