Peter Binning, a doyen of the field, has acted for clients in many Serious Fraud Office prosecutions and investigations, including the Barclays Qatar, Libor, Euribor and FX, cases as well as several significant international corruption cases such as those involving Rio Tinto, GSK and the Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation.

David Corker also acts for senior individuals in very high-profile Serious Fraud Office and Financial Conduct Authority investigations; his notable work includes the Bloody Sunday murder investigation and traders facing market abuse allegations.
